Funastics is all about encouraging your child’s success in a non-competitive environment … while they are having fun. I trademarked this service and created a program where kids can progress at their own pace. The first location was built with bright colors, light wood and lots of mats & mirrors.

Each child can earn stars as they learn skills one-on-one with their instructor, with a variety of group activities mixed in. The Funastics seal is a reminder of the program’s focus … courage, confidence, commitment and control. With the tagline of Champions for Life as a backdrop for positive reinforcement.

The marketing pieces were targeted as an all-in-one info card that led to online registration. An online billing system was added so I could spend more time teaching than out collecting. Besides local direct mail and print ads, the best print results came from door to door mini brochure business cards. All pieces were 4 color printed on matte heavy card stock with the front UV coated.

Besides word of mouth and road exposure, most signups came from the internet. Within a few months my site was top ranked for several keyword phrases. Not bad considering it was an older flash site with little content and my Adwords budget was only $50/mo.
